FAQ
How do I secure my date for an event?
To officially reserve your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer. This ensures your specific backdrop is held exclusively for your celebration. We recommend booking as early as possible, as dates fill up quickly!
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept E-Transfer and Cash. The remaining balance, along with your refundable security deposit, is due 7 days prior to your event date.
What happens if I need to change my date or cancel?
We understand that plans can shift. We allow one (1) complimentary date change, provided your new date is available in our calendar. Please note that retainers are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of your event, the full rental amount is due, as we have held that inventory specifically for you.
What should I know about outdoor or balloon installations?
We love an outdoor celebration! However, because balloons and flower walls are sensitive to wind, heat, and direct sunlight, we reserve the right to adjust the setup location to a more sheltered or stable area if safety or weather conditions become a risk. Please note that once we leave the venue, we are no longer responsible for balloon popping or deflation caused by environmental factors or guest handling.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Greater Vancouver area, including Burnaby, Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, and the surrounding communities. Delivery and setup are included within our standard radius; however, a travel fee may apply for events further away to cover logistics and transport. Just let us know your venue address when you inquire, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
